Since all of our items are custom and handmade, there may be variations between or even within an order.

But we want you to love your items as much as we do!

So, keep your item and if you aren't completely satisfied with it after 7 days, you may return it for a full refund, no questions asked. 

However, please note that De Vos by Amber De Vos does not cover the shipping cost of a returned item. Returns must be received within 10 days of your purchase to qualify.
